Creative isn't doing drivers for this card for 10. Just so I'm clear, you've reached out to Creative and they have said there will be no driver support on Windows 10? You might try drivers from Windows 8.1 and see how it plays with Windows 10. But if Creative isn't updating drivers for Windows 10, there isn't much I can do here. I would suggest you to install the drivers for Sound Blaster Live in Windows Vista SP2 Compatibility mode:

1. Right click on the setup file.

Access the below link to download the Vista drivers from Creative, please select the specified model:

2. Go to properties.
3. Click on Compatibility mode.
4. Place a check mark in the box in front of “Run this program in compatibility mode for” and from the drop down menu choose Windows Vista SP2.
5. Place a check mark on 'Run as an Administrator' under privileges level and click on Apply and then Ok.
6. Now double click on the setup file to initiate the install.
